The Issue

We, the undersigned, demand immediate action to free Britney Spears from her illegal and restrictive care plan. This plan, originally intended to be temporary, has been unlawfully extended indefinitely, leaving Britney trapped in a permanent state of control. It has stripped her of her civil rights, her human rights, and her God-given right to free will—the very foundation of all human dignity and autonomy.

Britney has been held against her will under a court-sealed illegal care plan that silences her voice, withholds critical documents from the public, and imposes harmful restrictions on her personal freedom. This follows a 14-year-long illegal conservatorship that Britney was forced into by her family and Lou M. Taylor. This is not only a violation of her rights but also a dangerous and dehumanizing system that has persisted for far too long.

The secrecy surrounding this illegal “care” plan and its enforcement is not just unjust but life-threatening. Britney is being manipulated, controlled, and deprived of her basic human rights under the guise of protection. We believe this is not only unethical but illegal, and we stand in solidarity with Britney, demanding a full, independent investigation.

Britney herself has courageously spoken out against this illegal “care” plan while in court. She called into hearings, expressing her desperate desire to have control over her own life and decisions. Yet, immediately after her phone call, the plan was carried forward behind her back. Those around her—including her legal team—betrayed her trust.

Her family is directly involved. Their actions have prevented any real support or advocacy from the inside. Her brother, Bryan Spears, an expert in AI technology, has been implicated, along with his on-and-off girlfriend Amber Lynn Conklin, who acted as a body double and manipulated Britney’s Instagram, working alongside Cassie Petrey of the social media company Crowd Surf. Proof of Britney’s continued illegal confinement is found in a video posted after she was allegedly “freed,” which showed her spinning and glitching, marked with a CapCut ID number tracing back to a Crowd Surf employee. If Britney were truly a free woman, she would never have hired the same team complicit in her 14-year-long illegal confinement. She is not free.

Instead of being pillars of support, Bryan Spears, Jamie Lynn Spears, Jamie Spears, and Lynne Spears have contributed to Britney’s ongoing oppression. The entire team surrounding Britney—including her manager Cade Hudson, former manager Larry Rudolph, and others in power—are complicit in draining her estate, which is worth billions of dollars.

Britney herself spoke out against Jodi Pais Montgomery,who was supposed to serve as her temporary conservator. Lauriann Wright, Montgomery’s attorney, pushed for the illegal “care” plan to be sealed from the public under the false pretense of protecting Britney’s “medical privacy.” This was a blatant lie. This financial exploitation puts Britney’s life in immediate danger, especially as AI technology and other manipulative methods are being used to generate wealth—without her even needing to be alive.

Her book, “The Woman In Me,” was compiled from her stolen diary entries from 20 years ago and written by ghostwriter Sam Lansky. Britney’s rights, her voice, and her safety have all been stolen.

One of the primary architects behind this injustice is Lou M. Taylor, founder of TriStar Sports & Entertainment. Taylor orchestrated Britney’s illegal conservatorship, which began when Britney was forcibly placed into a 5150 psychiatric hold under false claims—including an alleged diagnosis of “dementia.” Judges, doctors, and lawyers authorized this unlawful act. Taylor’s reach extends far beyond Britney; she has been implicated in questionable conservatorships involving Kanye West, Lindsay Lohan, Courtney Love, Justin Bieber,and others, trapping high-profile individuals for financial gain.

Taylor is closely connected to Jamie Lynn Spears (Britney’s sister) as her manager who was caught trying to move a large sum of Britney’s estate into one of Taylor’s financial firms. Taylor along with The Kardashian family own tax-free “churches” which stand as perfect “businesses” to launder the money that is being EMBEZZLED. She is implicated in the disappearance of $600 million from Britney’s SJB Revocable Trust. 

Additionally, Robin Greenhill, who worked closely with Lou M. Taylor along with well-known lawyer Dina LaPolt, has been implicated in these unethical practices. Taylor also served as financial manager to Diddy since the 1990s, and both women’s ties to Diddy’s legal troubles further link them to broader patterns of manipulation and exploitation against celebrities.

This is not merely a violation of rights; it is a criminal act that has damaged countless lives. Taylor and Greenhill’s exploitative practices must be investigated, exposed, and all those responsible must be held accountable.

Mathew Rosengart, Britney’s lawyer (introduced to her by the corrupt manager and “friend” Cade Hudson), has lied about Britney’s situation and failed to protect her from continued abuse. Paris Hilton has been involved with both Hudson and Taylor, facilitating Britney’s fake wedding to Sam Asghari (another AI tech expert who manipulated Britney’s image and signed NDAs to stay silent).

Rosengart allowed the statute of limitations to expire on lawsuits against Greenhill, Taylor, and Jamie Spears. He was also responsible for acting as her temporary handler under the now-permanent illegal care plan. This implicates him deeply in the ongoing corruption.

Rosengart’s wife, Mara Buxbaum, a publicist at CAA, hired her client actress Michelle Williams to narrate Britney’s audiobook—despite the book being compiled of stolen writings and partially generated by AI technology. This was a glaring conflict of interest and further evidence of the widespread exploitation of Britney Spears.

Finally, the entire corrupt Stanley Mosk Courthouse of Los Angeles, including Judge Brenda Penny, Judge Reva Goetz, and court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham III, are complicit in the 14-year-long illegal conservatorship. They failed to protect Britney and enabled her ongoing abuse. Furthermore, it is critical to note that Britney does not own her brand name. Her brand—which includes her music, likeness, and intellectual property—was sold, meaning she does not profit from the wealth generated by her own artistry and identity. Britney Brands is not owned by Britney Spears. In addition, many of her personal properties have been liquidated or sold off, making it increasingly difficult to conduct a proper welfare check on her or ensure her safety. This calculated financial manipulation has stripped Britney of the ability to maintain control over her life, her legacy, and her voice, further isolating her from the freedom every human being is entitled to.

This is an urgent matter. Britney Spears’ well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—is in immediate and serious danger. The public deserves truth and transparency regarding the details and conditions of the illegal care plan still controlling her. We are calling for an immediate end to the court-sealed orders and secret dealings that continue to violate her basic human rights and silence her reality.

We demand:

1. A full and immediate investigation by the proper authorities: The FBI, CIA, Government, Senate, & Congress into Britney Spears’ illegal care plan and the individuals and entities responsible for this ongoing abuse—including but not limited to Lou M. Taylor, Robin Greenhill, and TriStar Sports and Entertainment.

2. A public and independent review of all sealed documents related to the case, to ensure accountability and to prevent further harm from being inflicted on Britney Spears or her legacy.

3. Immediate cessation of the care plan in all its forms, as Britney has made clear her desire to regain her life, her choices, and her personal freedom.

4. Most importantly:

That Britney Spears be subpoenaed and brought before a court—IN PERSON NOT BY PHONE: ALIVE, WHOLE, & UNFILTRED without INTIMIDATION—to TESTIFY DIRECTLY IN PERSON to the conditions of her current situation. She DESERVES to speak without coercion, without scripts, and without handlers. Her truth must be heard, in her own voice.

Britney Spears has given the world her heart, her art, and her soul. Now it is time we give her what she has always deserved: justice, dignity, and freedom. No more secrets. No more sealed files. No more silence. Her life matters.

It is time to #FreeBritney—fully, finally, and forever #JUSTICEFORBRITNEY is more than a HASHTAG ~ IT’S A REVOLUTION !!!!
